Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items can only be returned if damaged or defective.

How to Return:

• Email us at sales@arbordriftdesigns.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
• We’ll provide a return authorization number and instructions.

Shipping Costs: You cover return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom items, gift cards, downloadable products, and some health/personal care items.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
